MONA Junior Investigators Colloquium
The Junior Investigators Colloquium aims to foster research capacity in perinatal mental health. The Colloquium consists of a one-day in-person event preceding the MONA conference colloquium, and a follow-up video seminar six months following the conference.
It is open to those pursuing research careers in perinatal mental health (Track 1, including students, residents, fellows, and researchers within two years of their initial appointment) and non-researchers (e.g., clinicians) interested in starting or further developing a research project (Track 2).
JIC participants will learn about current research in perinatal mental health, receive mentorship from established researchers, and further develop a current research project. During the in-person event, participants will attend talks focused on developing research skills, present and receive feedback on a current research project, and give feedback to their peers on research projects.
Two participants will be selected to present their work at the main conference. During the follow-up video seminar, participants will share updates and receive further feedback and mentorship.
Deadline for applications is APRIL 8th, 2025
